Federica Gargano Founder & Artistic director

Pamela Mastroianni Assistant manager & Choreographer

Pamela mastroianni was born in Switzerland and moved with her family to southern Italy at the age of five, where she was introduced to rhythmic gymnastics. At 14, she was selected to join the Italian national team, where she competed until 2004. During her tenure, she won three bronze medals at the European and World Championships and secured a spot for the Athens 2004 Olympic Games.

In 2005, Pamela began her journey in the dance world at the Professional Dance Italian School (S.P.I.D.) in Milan, a multidisciplinary institution. She graduated in 2008 as a professional dancer and teacher.

In 2009, Pamela achieved her dream job, performing in "The House of Dancing Water Show," produced and created by Franco Dragone and choreographed by Giuliano Peparini, located at the City of Dreams in Macau. She worked there until 2012.

Subsequently, she participated in various events and tours across Asia, including the "Apologue 2047" China Tour, produced and directed by Zhang Yimou. Other notable events include the "Mont Blanc Event" in Shanghai, the "Audi Show Event" in Guangzhou, and the "Midnight in Paris" FMBA Annual Charity Gala Dinner in Macau. She also served as a translator for the Taboo 2 Show and was involved in the Introduction, Welcome, and Communication of Artists in Macau.
Federica Gargano began her studies in artistic gymnastics in 1991 before transitioning to rhythmic gymnastics, where she trained for eight years under renowned instructors from Bulgaria and Russia, including Diana Popova, as well as esteemed Italian federal coaches.
In 2000, after achieving all her goals in rhythmic gymnastics, Federica shifted her focus entirely to dance, exploring ballet, contemporary, modern, hip hop, and lyrical jazz. She gained widespread recognition in Italy through her participation in the popular dance TV show "Amici di Maria De Filippi."
Federica specializes in parkour, acrobatics, and aerial dance, including silks, hoop, straps, and harness, and she enjoys performing with fire.
Among her notable works in Hong Kong, she performed in the contemporary show "Apologue 2047," directed by Zhang Yimou and choreographed by CPG Concepts, with performances in Beijing, China, and at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival during its China tour in Shanghai, Hangzhou, and Guangzhou.
She also danced in the "Open the New World Concert" at the Cadillac Arena in Beijing, produced by CPG Concepts, featuring singers 吉克隽逸 (Jikejunyi) and 华晨宇 (Huachenyu).
In 2023, Federica performed in the musical "Elvis Das Musical" alongside Grahame Patrick and the Stamps Quartet in Hong Kong. She currently resides and works in Hong Kong.
